For Mr. Bhura Singh and Mrs. Hemlata Kumari from Bharatpur, Rajasthan, becoming parents was a dream they had waited four long years to see come true.
On 22 August 2026, their happiness finally arrived when Mrs. Hemlata gave birth to their first child. But the baby was born prematurely in the 6th month of pregnancy and immediately required intensive medical care.
Weighing only 900 grams, Baby of Hemlata is extremely fragile and is suffering from extreme prematurity, extremely low birth weight, respiratory distress, single ventricle morphology, and sepsis.
He is currently receiving oxygen support in the NICU at Neo Clinic Children Hospital, Jaipur, where doctors expect him to require approximately 5 to 6 weeks of intensive treatment and care.
The estimated cost of treatment is around Rs 8 lakh, an amount far beyond what the family can afford.
Baby's father, Mr. Bhura Singh, works as a daily-wage labourer and earns only around Rs 6,000 to Rs 7,000 per month. With such limited income, arranging the cost of prolonged NICU treatment is extremely difficult for the family.
After waiting four years to hold their first child, the family is now praying for the chance to take their tiny baby home alive and healthy.
Your support, no matter how small, can help Baby of Hemlata continue his treatment and fight for survival.
