The birth of a child is usually a moment of celebration, but for Mr. Gaurav and Mrs. Monika, it became the beginning of an unexpected battle for their newborn son's life.
Originally from Shrimadhopur, Sikar, the family had moved to Jaipur in search of better opportunities. On 30 July 2026, during the eighth month of pregnancy, Mrs. Monika delivered a premature baby boy weighing only 1.82 kg.
Soon after birth, doctors diagnosed the baby with several life-threatening medical conditions, including Respiratory Distress, Sepsis, Right Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia (CDH), Hypospadias with Chordee, Small Muscular Ventricular Septal Defect (VSD), Patent Ductus Arteriosus (PDA), and Neonatal Jaundice.
To save his life, doctors performed an emergency surgery for Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia on 1 August 2026. While the surgery was successful, his fight is far from over. He remains admitted to the NICU at Neoclinic Children Hospital, Jaipur, where he is on oxygen support and requires continuous intensive care, specialised medicines, and constant medical monitoring.
The estimated cost of treatment is expected to exceed Rs 3.5 lakh.
His father, Mr Gaurav, works on a contract basis at Jaipur Airport and earns only Rs 15,000 per month. The family has exhausted their savings and is struggling to continue the treatment.
Today, this baby is fighting for every breath. Your support can help provide the lifesaving medical care he urgently needs and give him the chance to recover, grow, and live the healthy life every child deserves.
