Premature Twin Babies of Anita

After 10 years of marriage, Mr. Omprakash and Mrs. Anita from Khandela village, Sikar district, Rajasthan, finally experienced the joy of becoming parents. But their happiness quickly turned into fear when, on 18 July 2026, Mrs. Anita went into premature labor during the 7th month of pregnancy and delivered twin babies.

Both newborns were born with very low birth weights of just 1,180 grams and 1,440 grams and are suffering from Respiratory Distress Syndrome (RDS). They are currently admitted to the NICU at Cradle Children Hospital, Jaipur, where they remain on oxygen support and require continuous intensive medical care.

Doctors have advised prolonged NICU treatment, specialized medicines, respiratory support, and constant monitoring. The daily treatment cost is more than Rs 25,000, and the total medical expenses are expected to exceed Rs 8 lakh.

The babies' father, Mr. Omprakash, works as a private school teacher and earns only Rs 15,000 to Rs 20,000 per month. Despite doing everything possible, the family cannot afford the overwhelming cost of treatment.

These tiny fighters have just begun their journey in life, and they deserve the chance to grow up healthy and safe.
