In a small village near Ajmer, Rajasthan, a family is going through the most difficult time of their lives. Mr. Shiv Prakash, a farmer, was blessed with twin baby girls. But their birth came too early, and instead of joy, the family is now facing a life saving struggle.
Both babies were born prematurely with very low birth weights of just 1050 grams and 1280 grams. Due to this, they are suffering from serious medical conditions including Respiratory Distress Syndrome and Neonatal Jaundice. Their condition is critical and they require constant medical attention.
Currently, both babies are admitted in the NICU at Garg Child Hospital. They are on oxygen support and under continuous observation by doctors. Every day is a challenge as they fight to survive.
Mr. Shiv Prakash depends on farming for his livelihood. With limited income, he has already spent 50000 rupees on their treatment. However, the cost of ongoing care, medicines, and hospital stay is increasing every day and is now beyond his reach.
