A Tiny Newborn Battling for Survival Help Baby of Pooja

Cause Description

Baby of Pooja was born on 5 January 2026 in a small village near Jobner, Jaipur. She arrived much earlier than expected at just 30 weeks of pregnancy, weighing only 1440 grams. Instead of being placed in her mother’s arms, she was rushed to the NICU immediately after birth.

Due to extreme prematurity, she is suffering from Respiratory Distress Syndrome, Neonatal Jaundice, and Sepsis. Her lungs are not fully developed, and her tiny body is struggling to fight infection. She is currently admitted to the NICU at Neo Clinic Children Hospital in Jaipur and depends on oxygen support, medicines, and continuous monitoring to stay alive.

Doctors have advised that she will need at least three to four weeks or more of intensive NICU care, including oxygen support, medications, investigations, and round the clock medical attention. The estimated cost of treatment is more than five lakh rupees.

Her father, Mr Vinod Kumawat, works as a daily wage labourer earning only ten to twelve thousand rupees per month. With no savings and no medical insurance, the family is unable to arrange such a large amount on their own. Every day, the parents wait outside the NICU, hoping and praying that their newborn daughter survives.

This baby girl has just entered the world. She has not yet felt sunlight, breathed fresh air, or been held properly by her parents. She deserves a chance to live and grow.

Your contribution can help continue her life saving treatment. Even a small donation can make a meaningful difference.

Please come forward and support Baby of Pooja. Your kindness today can help turn this difficult beginning into a story of hope and survival.
