Baby Himanshu is just two months old and is fighting a battle that no child should ever have to face.
Himanshu was born to Mr Ravi and Mrs Rakesh, a humble couple from village Juliyasar in Sikar district of Rajasthan. Mrs Rakesh delivered Himanshu on 15 October 2025 during the eighth month of pregnancy. Though he was born premature, his parents held onto hope and believed that with love and care, their little boy would grow healthy and strong.
For a few weeks, everything seemed manageable. Then suddenly, their world collapsed.
On 11 November 2025, Himanshu developed a very high fever and severe breathing difficulties. Alarmed by his condition, his parents rushed him to a private hospital in Sikar. Despite treatment, his health continued to worsen rapidly. Seeing the seriousness of his condition, doctors referred him urgently to DMICC Hospital in Jaipur for advanced and specialised care.
At DMICC Hospital, doctors diagnosed baby Himanshu with multiple life threatening conditions. He was found to be suffering from left cerebral thrombosis, bilateral uncal herniation, compression of the lateral ventricles, multiple cranial hemorrhages, severe pneumonia, and respiratory failure. These conditions have placed his fragile life at extreme risk.
Currently, baby Himanshu is admitted to the NICU and is completely dependent on ventilator support. Every breath he takes is supported by machines. Every moment is critical. Doctors are doing everything possible to stabilise him and give him a fighting chance to survive.
For Himanshu’s parents, this has been a heartbreaking journey filled with fear, helplessness, and exhaustion.
His father, Mr Ravi, works as a farm labourer in his village and earns only ten to twelve thousand rupees per month. The family has no medical insurance and no savings to fall back on. In a desperate attempt to save their child, they have already spent more than ten lakh rupees on medical treatment by borrowing money from relatives, friends, and anyone willing to help.
Today, they have exhausted all possible resources.
Despite doing everything within their capacity, the cost of continued ICU and NICU care is far beyond what they can afford. Each passing day adds to the financial burden, while their baby continues to fight for life inside the hospital.
Mr Ravi and Mrs Rakesh now stand completely helpless, watching their two month old son struggle for survival, with no option left but to seek support from kind hearted people.
This is an urgent appeal for help.
Your contribution can help continue baby Himanshu’s critical treatment. Your support can give him the chance to survive, recover, and grow. Even a small donation can make a meaningful difference in keeping his treatment going.
Please come forward and support this family in their darkest hour.
Your kindness today can help save baby Himanshu’s life and give him the future he deserves.
