Their baby was born extremely premature and severely underweight, fighting for every breath. He was immediately admitted to the NICU at Neo Clinic Children Hospital, Jaipur. Soon after, he was diagnosed with Necrotizing Enterocolitis (a life-threatening condition affecting the intestines) and Sepsis. Emergency surgery had to be performed to save his life.

He is now on intensive care and needs prolonged treatment to survive.

Mr. Arjun, a storekeeper at a private company, earns just Rs. 10,000 per month. He has borrowed money from friends and relatives to continue the treatment, but now, he has nothing left. Every passing day is a struggle to keep his baby alive.

This is a desperate appeal from a father who waited 20 years to hold his child, only to now face the nightmare of possibly losing him because of lack of funds.
